With over 35 years experience in the CPG business, Jeff has been involved with the CFDE since the last 90’s.
He has held various positions including Director of Golf, Director of Curling & his crowing joy-President from 2008 to 2010.
He currently manages National accounts for Bee Maid Honey Limited as their Senior Business Development manager.
FRANK GALLUCCI

Frank has over 40 years’ experience in the food industry; most recently known as one of the owners of New Age Marketing that became the pioneer broker in the natural and organic food industry Canada. In 2019, New Age merged with Indigo Natural Products and Frank decided to devote more time developing new markets and products to reduce single use plastic in the logistics field.
MANDI ZOLKOWSKI
Director of Memberships
Mandi started in retail working with a natural products store at the age of 19. Now with almost 20 years of experience working at retail, with a natural product brokerage, distributor, brand, and the last 7 years running her own brokerage company, Blume Natural Sales and Marketing; she developed valuable skills in many areas of the industry. Mandi is very passional about the industry and is a consumer herself of the products, and loves to help grow brands in the CPG space that gives consumers better for you options!
STUART GANNON

Stuart is a Senior Recruiter at MacDonald Search Group, one of Canada's most trusted and experienced search firms, with over 5 years of experience in the industry. He also worked as a Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) with a background in finance, sales, marketing, and category management. He has worked across various roles and functions with global companies such as Kingfisher, PepsiCo, IRI, and Home Depot. An entrepreneur, he established several independent businesses serving his local and broader business community

I pride myself in my strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on fact-based selling.

Since the late 90’s Chuck has been passionately involved in the food and distribution business in and around the Calgary market. Chuck brings extensive board governance knowledge, convenience channel experience, food packaging, and food manufacturing. He is the National Sales Director for Big Chief Meat Snacks enjoying all that Big Taste and Big Adventure can offer.
